Refund policy
- Nature of the Products. The Farm Binder, operated by EZETADIGITAL SRLS (VAT/P.IVA 03030030187), sells digital products consisting of downloadable spreadsheet workbooks, printable forms, guides and related materials for farm record keeping (the "Products"). All Products are delivered electronically and are made available for immediate access and download upon completion of purchase.
- All Sales Are Final. Due to the intangible and non-returnable nature of digital goods, which cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that no refund, exchange or credit will be issued once the Product has been delivered, except as expressly set out in this Policy or as required by applicable law.
- Consent to Immediate Access. By placing your order and accessing or downloading the Product, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that, where a statutory right of withdrawal would otherwise apply, that right is waived upon the commencement of the download. You confirm that you understand you will lose any applicable "cooling-off" or withdrawal right once access to the Product begins.
- Statutory Rights. Nothing in this Policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be lawfully waived. Where such rights apply and cannot be excluded, this Policy shall be read subject to them.
- Technical Issues. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading or accessing your Product (for example, a broken or non-functioning download link, or a file that will not open in Excel or Google Sheets as described), please contact us within 14 days of purchase at thefarmbinder@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and ensure you receive access to the Product you purchased. Difficulty accessing a Product is resolved by providing access or a replacement file, not by a refund.
- Nature of the Content. The Products are record-keeping and planning tools. They do not provide veterinary, nutritional, tax, legal or financial advice, and are not a substitute for a licensed professional. Dissatisfaction arising from the use of the Products for purposes other than those described, or from decisions made on the basis of the records kept with them, does not give rise to a right of refund.
- Discretionary Exceptions. In exceptional circumstances, and entirely at our sole discretion, we may choose to issue a refund or store credit. Any such exception is decided on a case-by-case basis, does not constitute a waiver of this Policy, and creates no obligation to grant similar requests in the future.
- Chargebacks. If you have any concern about your purchase, we ask that you contact us first at thefarmbinder@gmail.com so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may be considered a breach of these terms.
